A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Agent to connect with existing customers and enhance their online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to existing customers using an automated dialer to discuss products and services
Cultivate relationships with customers to identify upsell opportunities and assess their needs
Educate customers on service benefits and conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions

Required Qualifications
