We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative for the Power
Industry. This position will focus on the development of our
business within the Transmission and Distribution companies, as
well as Renewables, Nuclear, and other Utilities related accounts.
This is a technical sales role, which is responsible for managing a
territory, as well as developing a loyal customer base in the
Western United States. The ideal candidate is flexible, enjoys
change, has a strong customer focus, and thrives in a fast-paced
environment. Roxtec Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Roxtec
International AB, located in Sweden.
Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative is crucial in driving our
company's growth by managing and expanding strategic accounts
within an assigned territory. This role focuses on a specific
business segment, ensuring that sales targets and revenue
generation are met and exceeded. By building and nurturing
relationships with existing and potential clients, the Territory
Sales Representative will be instrumental in establishing our brand
as a leader in the Cable and Pipe Transit Seals industry.
Essential Job FunctionsStrategic Account Management
Requirements--- Must be willing to travel domestically and
internationally up to 60%--- Knowledgeable and proficient in the
Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)---
Adhere to the principles of Value Added Selling and Total Cost of
Ownership (TCO) Strategies--- Proficient in time and travel
management--- Possess strong negotiatio
n and presentation skills.
Education and Experience--- Bachelor's degree in business or
related field or comparable work experience--- 3 years of
experience in B2B sales; technical and/or project sales
preferred.
