Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level
1 technical support to users remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general IT end-user support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including password
resets and application support
Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper
ticket management
Required Qualifications
6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support
role
6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional
environment
High School Diploma or GED
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Ability to work weekdays from 9:30am - 6:00pm EST
