Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Member Services to lead and
optimize member-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive member services strategy
focused on satisfaction and operational efficiency
Enhance self-service options and digital tools while ensuring
accountability and training for member care teams
Analyze member feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams
to improve service delivery and compliance
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in leading member or customer operations in
healthcare, insurance, or tech industries
Proven track record of executing impactful member services
strategies aligned with organizational goals
Strong leadership experience in managing and scaling teams in a
member-centric environment
Experience with technology solutions that streamline service
operations and enhance member experience
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Healthcare
Administration, or related field is a plus
