Job Description:

support to independent agents and enhance their business
success.
Key Responsibilities
Offer first-line support to independent agents, ensuring their
performance and satisfaction
Monitor agent performance and contact trends to identify areas for
improvement
Facilitate training sessions and provide real-time assistance to
agents
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
1+ years of contact center or customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
Strong and stable internet connection with specified speed
requirements
