Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicaid Services Advocate to provide
customer support related to Medicaid services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits,
eligibility, and claims
Guide customers in understanding health care options and managing
their health benefits
Research and resolve complex issues while collaborating with care
providers and internal specialists
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Preferred 1-year experience in an office or call center setting
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to build rapport and respond to customer needs
compassionately
Proficiency in navigating healthcare-related processes and
terminology
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including training and
overtime if needed
