A company is looking for an Associate Product Support
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance on EMR platforms
Manage client cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and
documentation
Identify client needs and implement effective solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
At least 2 years of software application support experience in a
SaaS environment
High technical aptitude
Medical/Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
Must be able to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule
