Job Description:
A company is looking for a Rail Product Specialist responsible
for booking and ticketing transportation and maintaining rail
operations systems.
Key Responsibilities
Book, hold, and ticket all transportation tickets while updating
bookings as required
Maintain and update the in-house air and rail operations system and
train others on its use
Support customer inquiries and assist in educating the sales team
about the product line
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a call center or related field
Bachelor's degree preferred
Well-organized and extremely detail-oriented
Proven ability to multi-task on multiple projects
simultaneously
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
