Job Description: This position is for a skilled CNC Machinist with some CNC programming experience and the desire to grow into Tool & Die, Mold Making & Fixture building. You will be an integral part of our team guiding staff in the machining and assembly of our products. This is a full-time position in McMinnville, OR. The CNC Machinist / Programmer will be responsible for producing inspection part drawings, set-up documentation, CNC programming using Siemens NX, setting up & operating HAAS (CNC) machines, inspecting parts, assembly of parts, implementing quality and safety standards. Requirements: --- (3) Years experience or related manufacturing certificate with CNC setup and machining. --- Willing to adapt and learn new CNC manufacturing technologies. --- Must be able to follow AS9100 procedures set in place and willing to improve processes. --- Ability to read basic blueprints and inspect machined components. --- Great communication skills --- Fluent computer skills i.e., Windows, Excel --- Ability to follow procedures and processes implicitly --- Organized --- Detail oriented --- Non-smoking environment Primary Duties: CNC setup and machining components to details CNC program editing and learn to create new programs using NX. Work with designers, offer manufacturing ideas. Assemble fixtures and tooling to 3D model designs. Saw out material as needed. Maintain CNC, keeping machines and workspace clean. Inspection and assembly of all machined tooling components. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $52 - $104 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
