Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Compensation Americas to
administer their compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive
compensation practices
Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary,
bonus, and equity
Provide compensation advice and consultation to business leaders
and People & Culture partners
Required Qualifications
Experience in the high tech and/or software industry
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong project/process management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working in a global business environment is
preferred
