Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment and Reconciliation
Specialist to manage enrollment and payment processes within a
network of contracted Community Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Aligns MassHealth contractual enrollment targets with actual
monthly enrollments across ACOs and MCO products
Submits monthly enrollments and disenrollments to MassHealth and
resolves related issues
Generates reports to support the enrollment, disenrollment, and
payment reconciliation processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration,
psychology, social work, or related field
1-2 years of experience working in the Community Partners Program
strongly preferred
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with client account management and program
implementation
Knowledge of MassHealth regulations and processes, specifically
around the 1115 Waiver
