Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Psychometrician to lead
technical operational and research projects in the educational
assessment field.
Key Responsibilities
Head technical operational and research projects while performing
statistical reviews
Provide guidance and oversight to project staff on technical
aspects of their work
Design and document technical procedures and statistical guidelines
for assigned areas
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, or a
related field
Advanced training in psychometric research and statistics,
including item response theory
At least 4 years of professional experience with assessment systems
and adaptive testing
Experience with statistical programming in R and Python
