A company is looking for a Retention and Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high volume calls from customers requesting to cancel
services and provide solutions to retain them
Utilize sales experience to upsell and negotiate offers to save
customers
Maintain knowledge of company policies and products to effectively
address customer concerns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
2+ years in a sales role with a focus on customer retention
2+ years of call center customer service or sales experience
High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
Ability to work with multiple screens and programs
simultaneously
Private, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet
access
