Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Acquisition and Renewal
Associate to drive membership sales and provide exceptional
customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing member recruitment,
engagement, and retention strategies
Communicate with prospective and active members to provide support
and maintain membership records
Manage membership accounts, dues processing, and assist with the
execution of annual events
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, customer experience, or
retention
Experience with membership-based organizations is preferred but not
required
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite
Education or membership experience preferred, but not required
