Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist II - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone during
business hours
Provide first touch resolution for customer issues and escalate
when necessary
Maintain product expertise and contribute to support
documentation
Required Qualifications
1+ years of related customer support experience
Experience with technologies such as Salesforce, WordPress, and
Intercom
Familiarity with SaaS solutions and enterprise-level customers is a
plus
General understanding of the Real Estate Industry preferred
4-year degree preferred
