Description:Job Type: Full TimeShift: M-F, 6a - 2:30pPay: $19.00/hourMaintain Cleanliness of Manufacturing Facilities 50%

• Performs both light and heavy janitorial duties in a manufacturing environment
• Additional accountabilities as required Facility Audits and Improvement Planning/Back up 50%
  • Accountable for assessing facility conditions at regular intervals and reporting hazards identified, along with repair needs and other opportunities for facility improvements to the Plant Manager
  • Fill in as back up for designated pellet mill operator and/or packaging operator when needed
  • Assist with PM accountabilities as needed
  • Perform other duties as required Requirements:
    • High School diploma or GED required
    • One to two years production line experience in an industrial setting highly preferred
    • Will need to possess good eye, hand and foot coordination
    • Will need to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task
    • Will need to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a minimum of 7 hours per day
    • Requires mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
