Seeking CDL-A Company Drivers out of the Portland, OR area – Home Daily!

This transportation carrier is a premier environmental management and hazardous waste management firm that is one of the top 100 nationally recognized recyclers in the United States. Due to rapid expansion they are currently seeking CDL-A Company Drivers out of the Portland, OR area. With over 500 clients in the U.S, this company now has seven terminals servicing the western and southwestern regions of the country with cutting-edge environmental management. Overview
Drivers transport corrosive and flammable liquids to rail yards via vac tanker. Load/unload using pumps and hoses. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Other job duties possible such as drum pick-ups, roll-off bins, etc. Solid customer base. Average 3-4 loads per shift. Drivers must be able to work any day of the week, and holidays if scheduled. Schedule is 4-5 day workweek. 6th day is offered when available. Average 10 hours per shift. Drivers may be on the road 3-4 nights, 1 time per month. OT paid after 40 hours. Paid orientation.

Compensation
$21.00 per hour to start
$0.45 per mile to start for regional runs
$52,000 per year average

Requirements
CDL-A
2 years tractor trailer experience
23 years old minimum
