THE POSITION
Washington County's Information Technology Services Department is
seeking an Enterprise Applications Supervisor to join the
Enterprise Systems Division team! If you're an exceptional leader
with a proven history of managing, developing, and supporting
server-based and cloud service applications in a medium to large
enterprise environment, and you're dedicated to making impactful

The Opportunity
This role involves supervising the Enterprise Application and
Solutions Engineering team, which consists of technical
professionals responsible for developing and supporting a majority
of the server and cloud-based applications used at Washington
County. Technical expertise in software development, process
improvement, modernization, databases, and major project
implementation are all key components in the daily responsibilities
of this role. This position is also responsible for overseeing
personnel and engaging in long-term strategic planning.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

strong skills in managing a diverse application support program
that encompasses both third-party and internally developed
applications. They should possess exceptional technical
capabilities in a Microsoft environment and demonstrate leadership
skills to oversee and direct technical professionals, while also
effectively communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
Proficiency in change management, teamwork, collaboration, and
transparency are essential skills for success in this role.
