The ENT Outpatient Clinic here at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking to add a part time Advanced Practice Provider. This is a well-established clinic with highly experienced medical and administrative staff.AHCG is a non-for-profit 49-bed, Level III trauma center that has been recognized as one of the leading innovators in person-centered care. The ENT clinic has an outstanding referral base of providers in the system.Located 85 miles east of Portland in the majestic Columbia River Gorge, The Dalles features old-growth forests, rushing waterfalls, and year-round access to outdoor recreation including downhill and cross-country skiing, kayaking, kitesurfing, windsurfing and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.Education, Training & Experience (includes licenses or certifications):

• • • Active Licensed NP (Master s degree required for PA)
    • Board Eligible or Certified in area of specialty
    • ENT experienced preferredSkills/Knowledge/Abilities:
      • • • Knowledgeable with electronic medical records system (EPIC)
          • Positive interpersonal and communication skills
          • Willingness and ability to expand and maintain clinical competence in the specialty field, working closely with highly competent primary care, specialty medical and surgical care.Compensation:
