Position We have an exciting opportunity for an On Call Supervisor
to join our team at our Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon.
The position will support all aspects of ColumbiaCare's internal On
Call program structure and guidelines for multiple regions. The On
Call Supervisor will assist the On Call Program Manager with
providing administrative supervision to internal On Call Mental
Health Associates, including having ongoing conversations about
performance and assisting with annual performance appraisals. The
position will also assist with scheduling On Call staff to ensure
adequate coverage for our programs during planned days off,
vacations, leaves of absences, administrative leaves, etc. The On
Call Supervisor will review and track On Call staff minimum
hours/last minute requirements and other position-specific
employment testing. The position will review and update timecards
and make corrections as needed and track On Call staff trainings to
ensure timely completion. The On Call Supervisor must remain
accessible by telephone for emergency purposes and provide
responsible support, documentation, and follow-up in a timely
manner. ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day). This
position requires occassional on-call and after-hours support. What
You'll Make$5,000 - $6,000 per month DOE/Credentials.Additional 5%
Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual
candidates (Spanish/English desired). What You'll Need
- MUST have at least ONE (1) YEAR of supervisory experience
- Demonstrate the ability to recruit, interview, hire, train, and
provide supervision to staff
- Have good recordkeeping skills and a keen attention to
detail
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,
Excel, and Word)Experience working in a residential behavioral
health environment and being QMHA certified through MHACBO is
highly preferred. Experience with Humanity software is a plus.
Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal
background check. Physical Requirements: This position requires the
ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers.
It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and
ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks
as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30
