Work Dates Needed: Permanent Placement - Starting as soon as credentialed with clinic
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a 5p, some clinics are open Tue. & Thu. 7a-6p
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Scope of Work : Primary Care/ Family Medicine FQHC- Serving p atient population without insurance or that are on Medicaid or Medicare
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: current OR state licensure as MD/DO
EMR: Epic
Pay Rate Preferred: Will be discussed during interview.
Clinics sees 12-15 patients per day. Posted Date: 2024-06-23
