Summary
Time will be split between Lincoln City and Newport Clinic
locations.
This position will receive an hourly differential (additional
compensation) in addition to the base hourly rate.
- JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
- Assists practitioner in performance of procedures, telephone
prescription orders/refills, maintaining patient record and
relaying test results. Provides safe and quality nursing care under
the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor within
scope of practice.
- DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
- Samaritan Occupational Medicine serves the health and safety
needs of employers and employees in Linn, Benton and Lincoln
Counties. Designed to meet the specific requirements within
different occupations, Samaritan Occupational Medicine helps
employers and employees gain control over work-related injuries and
provides OSHA required medical surveillance and employer requested
services.
- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
- Healthcare Provider BLS required.
- Previous experience in clinical setting preferred.
- Lab/EKG experience preferred.
