• Certification Details
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients include Cardiac, Respiratory
  • Job Details
  • Covid Vaccination Required & WA license
  • ICU Unit with 16 beds
  • Patient Ratios are 1:2
  • Requires Acute Care and Critical Care experience
  • RNs are required to titrate drips
  • Common titratable &/or set rate drips include Levophed, Propfol, Amiodarone, Dopamine, Neosynephrine, Precedex
  • Charge Nurse/House Supervisor responsibilities include both roles
  • Nurse aids are present on the unit with 1 CNA ratio
  • Hospitalist or Intensivist in house
  • RT in ICU 24/7
  • RT Equipment available includes vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc.
  • Tele is present on the unit without Monitor Techs, RNs read strips
  • Unit/Department specific orientation of 2 shifts
    • Job Requirements
    • Oregon License Required
    • Can apply for the 90 OR Emergency License
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts & Scheduling are 0645-1915 or 1845-0715
      • Every other weekend requirement
      • 1 major and 1 minor holiday requirement
      • Can be placed on call for low census
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Traveler will float to PCU unit when needed
        • Float in turn with rest of staff for low census
          • Additional Details
