• Required Certifications: ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, BLS - Basic Life Support, PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure, CHEMO - Chemotherapy, EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring, IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other), Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB), NIH Stroke Certification, CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
• Certification Remarks: Must be AHA or 'Heart&Stroke' certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY; Not required for Non-Clinical or remote candidates; Must check UD to verify certifications required; If no UD is linked, defer to Clinical Tracks
