  • 15 WEEK CONTRACTS ACCEPTED
  • Charge experience required
  • Strong SNF or long-term care background required
  • This is also able to float to acute care units for assignment
  • This is a hospital-based, skilled nursing facility unit. The staffing includes RN oversight of LPNs and CNAs
  • ASAP start
  • 36 or 48 hour options, nights 1900-0730
  • Must be available to work all weekdays and weekends - every other weekend work rotation (both Saturday and Sunday) or every weekend (a Saturday or a Sunday)
    • Job Requirements
    • 1 year of experience within the last three years in MS/Tele
      • Schedule Information
      • 36 or 48 hour options, nights 1900-0730
      • Must be available to work all weekdays and weekends - every other weekend work rotation (both Saturday and Sunday) or every weekend (a Saturday or a Sunday)
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Patient ratios:
        • RN 1:4-6
        • CNA 1:6-13 on days and 1:10-13 on nights
          • Additional Details
          • Clear copy of drivers license required
          • If drivers license is unavailable, a passport or state ID can be used in its place
          • Name change/Discrepancy: As long as the proof of name change is on file and name change is in process on the license, then current docs are acceptable as placeholders
