Epic Charting experience is a hard stop requirement.Licensure Oregon RN license is NOT required at time of submission pending is okay. Oregon CNA license must be in hand at time of submission. No pending Oregon CNA -or- expired Oregon RN/CNA licensure will be accepted under any circumstance.
