Providence Clinical Network is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Tanasbourne Immediate Care clinic in Hillsboro, Oregon. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians and an outstanding support team. • Full-time at 1.0 FTE
• 3, 12-hour shifts per week
• Ideal candidates will be comfortable seeing all ages - pediatrics to geriatrics

The PCN Express and Urgent Care clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible.
