Job Description:
Locum Urgent Care APP 122965: Northwestern, Oregon
Specialty Family Practice
Dates 8/7, 8/8, 8/13, 8/14, pending more
Our current Business Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday and
9am to 2pm on Saturdays.
Ongoing schedule of Mondays and Fridays.
3-5 shifts per month, usually a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Low patient volume - single digits
No EMR - Paper charts
Adults, occasional PEDS - Defer any babies under 3 months
Clinic practice, episodic primary care. Chronic patients are
referred back to PCP or ED
Credentialing is done in house with clinic, can be completed almost
immediately
