- $500,000Position SummaryAn Oral Surgeon supports Willamette
Dental's evidence based treatment philosophy, mission, vision and
core values by performing the full scope of oral surgery permitted
by the state.Essential Position FunctionsEmbody Willamette Dental
Group's treatment philosophy, mission and values and ensure they
are portrayed throughout the practice.Adheres to the criteria of
the office strategic goals, the economic value report of their
offices and themselves: patient count, routine work, Customer
Experience, access and quality care.Embrace Customer Experience and
patient transparency with the patient experience being
foremost.Obtain and maintain Nitrous Oxide credentials and/or other
forms of minimal conscious sedation.Strict adherence to OSHA and
blood borne pathogens policies.Education, Licenses, Certifications
and RegistrationsDDS, DMD or BDS, MSD or Certificate in Oral
Maxillofacial Surgery, Board eligible or Board CertifiedExpected
annual salary range for this position depending on
experience:$350,000-$500,000 USDCompensationThe actual base pay
offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple
factors, including but not limited to education, job-related
knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal
equity.This position is also eligible for incentive pay in
accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.Company

performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require
occasional walking, bending, stooping and carrying light items such
as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer
