Job Description:
A company is looking for a Front-End Pharmacy Technician -
Remote (Arizona).
Key Responsibilities
Enter patient demographics and prescriptions into the data
processing system
Provide support for pharmacist callbacks and patient quality
assurance
Handle processing of reorders and assist in specialized
programs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by
state Board of Pharmacy
1 year of work experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM,
or call center settings
Experience in customer service and meeting quality standards
Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office Suite or similar
software
