Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Telemetry RN in Oregon City, Oregon, 97045 About The
Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Ortho Job Specialty: Ortho
in Surgical Services Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour
(19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum
1 year of experience License: OR license (can submit with it
pending) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: EPIC charting
experience Job Description: - Will potentially float between
hospital units or to affiliate hospitals nearby. - On-call is not
required for this position. - Weekend shifts are not required. -
Block schedules may be required (status unknown). - Expected
nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:3-5. - Candidates may be expected to
work 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). - Providers will
complete non-billable modules averaging 16 hours, with any over 20
hours requiring additional approval. - Orientation includes 40
hours and is non-billable. - Providers may receive communication
devices necessary to perform job duties if required. If not
supplied, an agreement for reimbursement of work-related cell phone
use will be in place. Additional Information: - COVID-19 vaccine is
required, with medical and religious exemptions and declinations
allowed. - Flu vaccine requirements are currently unknown. - Scrub
color varies by unit, with options for all colors in some areas and
provided scrubs in others. - Must provide a reference covering 1
year of employment within the last 3 years. Note: Completion of
modules is self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts.
Travelers refusing to float may result in termination of assignment
