delivery of the Transmission and Distribution Operations capital
budget delivery by providing technical analysis, budgeting,
forecasting, and performance reporting through the Investment
Delivery organization that has a significant impact on corporate,
business unit, or organizational objectives. Act as an interface to
facilitate project delivery between multiple workgroups/functions
including operations management, engineering, region business
managers, rates and regulation, and finance. Support the
implementation of Company business objectives, strategies, plans,
programs and policies. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with operation
managers and area engineers to develop, analyze, and review capital
Appropriations Requests.Assist with identification, prioritization,
and tracking of capital expenditure needs across the
organization.Support managers within region on approved projects,
responsibilities of maintenance work, and cash flow. Support
customer large load connection process.Support Asset Management on
implementation of maintenance programs within region.Support
managers in region and provide support and training in completing
large projects in the absence of project managers. Assist with
recommending reliability projects and Asset Management with
achieving the prompt completion of projects.Collaborate with the
Property Department, Regional Community Mangers, Area Planners, and
the communities to assist with planning future acquired substation
sites to avoid delay in service dates. Provide technical support to
customer service for reliability concerns and other highly complex
issues related to T&D Asset Management.Assist with training and
mentoring field managers on APR preparation, project approval
process, maintenance programs, and obtain necessary training to
perform roles and responsibilities in a competent manner.Assist
with developing semi-monthly activity reports on project status,
activities, complex issues, meetings, training, and upcoming
project and activities. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical
Engineering or a related field; or the equivalent combination of
education and experience. A minimum of five years related
experience.Leadership and teamwork skills to provide input into
policy decisions and to mobilize resources to produce desired
business results.Communication and interpersonal skills to manage
and motivate employees and use oral and written communication to
communicate objectives and action plans.PreferencesLeadership
skills are highly desirable. Budgeting preparation and management
experience. Field Operations management experience. APR preparation
and presentation experience. Community relations
experience.Knowledge of Company's strategic plan, objectives for
specific area, as well as Company policies, procedures, and
practices and federal, state, and local governmental laws and
