The most important quality is that you love working with children. -Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more! -If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified, preferred.
    • 1 year previous experience working in a certified child development center (2 years preferred).
    • Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
